Klaviyo flows
Campaigns are doing the work flows should do. Beauty retention is a cadence problem more than a creative problem.
Read ↗Notes on CRM, lifecycle, campaigns, and search — written for operators who already have an offer. The work is the system after the first conversation, the first order, the first registration.
Most growth-stage operators are not short on tools. They are short on a loop: what is happening, what to fix this month, what to ignore. Read the five lines. Then pick a problem page — not a catalogue.
You already have an offer. The leak is what happens after the first conversation, the first order, the first registration.
A login is not a system. GoHighLevel, Klaviyo, Calendly, Search Console — none of them sequence the work for you.
Done looks like four things you can defend: a map of how you actually sell, a data spec, write-in from every form and calendar, and a first spine before more pages.
If you only remember the order: see it → spec it → install it → review it. Tools come after the spec.
Start here: pick one leak for this week. Pause three projects that do not serve it.
Before
The CRM is open. A new patient called, a cart sat, a discovery was booked. Nobody can name the next move. Slack has screenshots. The pipeline still looks like the snapshot demo. By Friday the calendar has ghosts.
After
Same Tuesday, after a spine exists. Stages match how you actually sell. Forms and calendars write a contact. A five-message path starts without a human remembering. Monday has three numbers you will defend.
Keep it this plain. A dental practice, a coach, a Shopify brand — the software changes, the leak does not. They buy another landing page because last week hurt. The page does not write into a spec. Reporting becomes folklore. Then someone asks for “more campaigns.”
The fix is not a better template. Map the sale. Spec the fields. Connect the edges. Install one spine. If that feels too small, that is the point. Operators fail by starting at move four.
Campaigns are doing the work flows should do. Beauty retention is a cadence problem more than a creative problem.

Hoping the CRM “is set up” because the login works.
Do this
Write how you actually sell on one page. Stages are jobs with an exit rule.
Skip this
Adding a page, a form, or a flow every time something hurts.
Do this
Connect the edges first. Every form and calendar must write the same contact.

Starting with more campaigns, more funnels, more AI.
Do this
Install one short spine before a second funnel is built.
Skip this
Reviewing dashboards that nobody will defend in a meeting.
Do this
Pick three numbers. Review them on Monday. Actions attach, or it is theatre.

Pipeline, intake, nurture, show rate. GHL as an engine, not a filing cabinet.
