What you actually do
Run steps 01 and 02 this week. Do not add a feature. Welcome, browse, cart, post-purchase, replenishment, win-back, sunset.
Library / Guides / Flows compound. Campaigns pulse.
Klaviyo teams blast because the compounding work was never finished. Welcome, cart, post-purchase, win-back — those are jobs. Campaigns sit on top. This is the intern-to-CEO split: interns finish flows; CEOs stop asking for 'a campaign this week' until revenue per recipient on flows is a believed number.
Name the core flows. Each has a job. Exclusions so they do not fight.

Campaigns are pulses: launches, seasonal, stories. They should not replace an unfinished welcome.
If Placed Order is dirty, every metric is theatre. Fix the event before the subject line.

CEO
Do not fund more traffic or more seats until the scoreboard in this lesson is a number you will defend. If Placed Order is dirty, every metric is theatre. Fix the event before the subject line.

Why: Unnamed flows get replaced by campaigns that feel like work.
Done when: A written split of jobs.
Revenue per recipient per flow. Weekly.
Why: Open rate is a meeting. RPR is whether it earns.
Done when: You can kill or rewrite what does not earn.
Bought, in-conversation, recently mailed, complained.
Why: Collisions train people to ignore you.
Done when: Browse does not clone cart. Buyers do not get acquire coupons.
A calendar that assumes flows stay on.
Why: Pausing flows 'for the campaign' is how you pay twice for the same order.
Done when: Peak does not turn flows off.
Proof the campaign added anything.
Why: Otherwise you will always believe the blast.
Done when: At least one holdout this quarter.
Ask for flow RPR before you ask for a brand story. If they cannot show it, you are funding a calendar, not a lifecycle.
They work on people flows already would have converted — or they train discount waiting. RPR on flows is how you see the truth.
You blast because flows were never finished.

Score your Klaviyo and lifecycle system the way an operator would. Request the file. It arrives by email — not a public dump, not a drip of slogans.
Email and WhatsApp stay open. A call is for installing the system.
