What you actually do
Three test users: buy, stall, complete. Suppressions checked against a launch test list. You do not add modules. You prove state.
Library / Wire / Thinkific is the campus. GoHighLevel is the buyer journey.
Course platforms do not replace a CRM. If Thinkific (or the LMS) never tells GHL who bought, who stalled in module one, and who completed, nurture is a guess and launch week will trample evergreen. Wire enrollments and completions as contact state — then a finite save path, not a forever nag.

Identity is email. If they buy in Thinkific with a different email than the GHL lead, you will market to a person who already paid. Prefill or match rules, same as Stripe.
Purchase is not completion. A congratulations-on-buying sequence that ignores module-one stall is how refunds look like 'content quality' when they were onboarding.
GHL should not try to be the campus. Thinkific keeps lessons. GHL keeps relationship, offers, and launch suppressions.
A finite save path: three useful pokes, then stop. Forever 'you have unfinished lessons' is how you train mute and still miss the people who need a human.
Launch week that mails buyers as if they were prospects is how you earn spam complaints from the people who already like you.

Operator
Campus vs journey. Protect suppressions every launch. Finite save path. Completers are alumni, not leftover leads.
CEO
Curriculum is not an operating system. If GHL cannot name buyers vs stalled vs complete, launches will keep taxing the people who already paid.
Thinkific (or LMS) user, product/enrollment, completion %, GHL contact, tags buyer/in-progress/complete, access email vs marketing email, sunset, launch suppression.
Purchase or enrollment → GHL contact status buyer for that offer; stop acquire nurture
Incomplete after N days or below completion % → finite save-path workflow, not a weekly blast
Completion → tag complete; alumni or next-offer path with manners; review/outcome field
Launch campaign → suppress in-progress and just-purchased; evergreen and launch coexist
Webhook on purchase/enroll. Email match. Offer field. Stop the lead spine. Start onboarding/access confirmation if GHL owns that email.
Why: Thinkific’s own emails plus a GHL lead spine is double mail on day zero.
Done when: Test enroll: GHL shows buyer, lead workflow stopped.
Table: Thinkific transactional (access, password) vs GHL marketing. Turn off LMS marketing that duplicates GHL.
Why: Two welcome sequences is the usual 'Thinkific is noisy' complaint. It is two writers.
Done when: A test buyer gets one welcome job from one system.
Nightly or webhook: completion_pct or last_seen. Threshold for 'stalled'. Do not require perfect video percent if the API is weak — last login can be enough.
Why: Waiting for perfect learning analytics is how this wire never ships. Stall is still a state.
Done when: A stalled test user gets the save path; a completer does not.
Tag complete. Ask for outcome/proof. Next offer or referral with a stop. Do not dump them back into acquire.
Why: Completers are proof. Silence after graduation is how you buy ads forever.
Done when: Completer test is off the stall sequence and on alumni, not on 'buy now' acquire.
Smart lists: exclude purchased in last N days, in-progress, recently completed. Launch is a pulse on top of evergreen, not a replacement.
Why: Launch that cannot coexist with evergreen will eventually have neither.
Done when: A buyer from this week is not in the launch blast test list.
Buy with a test email that already exists as a GHL lead. Confirm one contact, buyer state, lead emails stopped. Stall a second user; confirm save-path only. Complete a third; confirm alumni not acquire. Check Thinkific’s extra marketing emails are off.
Another course, a new LMS, or a launch calendar until purchase writes GHL and launch suppressions exist. More curriculum into a double-mail mess trains the list to leave.
Thinkific welcomes them. GHL still thinks they are a lead. Launch hits everyone. Completion lives in Thinkific analytics nobody opens. Refunds surprise sales. That is a campus with no registrar.
Lead→buyer identity match. One welcome. Stall vs complete vs launch exclusion. Monday: purchases in Thinkific vs GHL buyer tags.
Then applications, sales calls, and non-course offers live elsewhere. You will still need GHL and you will double-mail. Pick GHL for relationship; LMS for access.
Use last login or a midpoint lesson webhook. Ship a crude stall state. Perfect percent is how this stays a slide.
If you never sell a call, a cohort, or a launch. Most 'course' businesses still have a buyer journey. When they do, GHL must see purchase.
This week
This week: enroll write-in, LMS marketing off if duplicate, stall field, launch exclusion list. No new course until match is true.
A full calendar and an empty pipeline is two databases.

Webinar, workshop, and launch rails that survive the week after the event. Request the file. It arrives by email — not a public dump, not a drip of slogans.
Email and WhatsApp stay open. A call is for installing the system — not for a tour of tools.
