Intern
What you actually do
Order the work. Tag F/P/L/M. Ship. You are Search Intelligence as a clerk, not a prophet.
Library / System / Search Intelligence is what to fix, publish, link, and measure — in that order
SIS as an operating layer is a monthly (or weekly) ranking of work: connect GSC, GA4, and the live site; decide what to fix, what to publish, what to link, what to measure; ship; write five lines. The leak is SEO as a vendor, content as a mood, technical/new/near-page-one all shouting, and 'GEO' as a separate slide. This hub is the decision stack Damir runs — so an intern can sequence and a CEO can stop buying tools that skip the stack.

Order is the product: fix, publish, link, measure. Teams invert it — publish, then hope, then buy a tool, then never measure in a way that changes work.
Answer engines cite structured, linked, specific pages. That is the same as good search work. A new 'GEO department' is how you skip the queue.
Technical issues can jump the queue if they block indexing or handoff. They cannot jump it because a crawl tool produced 200 rows.
Library and service pages at damirmsc.com / library.damirmsc.com are part of the same map when the query is the offer. Random guest posts are usually not.
The CEO protects the order. The intern runs the queue. The vendor, if any, works the queue — they do not invent a parallel religion.
Intern
Order the work. Tag F/P/L/M. Ship. You are Search Intelligence as a clerk, not a prophet.
Operator
One queue. Same work as intelligence. Structure over volume. Vendors on the queue. No second religion.
CEO
SIS is a sequence you protect. Until fix/publish/link/measure is how work is chosen, search spend is a mood.
GSC, GA4, URL inventory, fix/publish/link/measure queue, query-to-offer map, five-line log, answer-shaped blocks (Q&A), internal links, vanity parking lot.
Query maps to offer → eligible for the queue; vanity parks
Fix (title, intent mismatch, dead handoff) before new publish when it is faster
Link orphans and 8–20 before another isolated article
Measure → five lines that change next period’s queue, not a PDF museum
GSC + GA4 + the URLs that touch offers. Not the entire historic blog dump as equals.
Why: Equal treatment of a 2019 orphan and a money URL is how you stay busy.
Done when: A short inventory with offer tags.
Each candidate: fix, publish, link, or measure? Pick the fastest revenue-proximate move. Ten items max.
Why: Without the order, everything is 'content'.
Done when: Queue tagged with F/P/L/M.
Complete a fix or a link pass or one jobbed publish. Do not start a site redesign as SIS.
Why: Redesigns hide from the queue.
Done when: One tagged item done.
Q&A, clear titles, internal links to the offer. Not keyword stuffing. Not AI slop at volume.
Why: This is what gets retrieved and cited. Volume is not structure.
Done when: One money-adjacent URL improved structurally.
What moved. What did not. Next F/P/L/M. Parked ideas. Need from CEO.
Why: SIS without re-rank is a slogan.
Done when: Dated five lines. Queue updated.
Offer-tagged URL list. Queue of ten with F/P/L/M. Ship one. Structure pass on one money URL. Five lines. You do not buy a GEO tool. You do not start a blog mill.
An AI search product, a second SEO vendor, or a content mill until the SIS order is the way work is chosen. Tools that skip fix/link and only publish are how you stay invisible louder.
SEO vendor. Content mood. Technical crawl of 200. AI search slide. Nothing sequenced. GSC unopened by the company. That is a religion sandwich.
One queue. Items tagged F/P/L/M. One ship. Five lines re-rank. No parallel GEO workstream. Intern can explain why item one beat a new post.
Same family. SIS is the decision stack and the brand name for search work. Intelligence is the habit across GSC/GA4/GHL. Do not run two queues.
Not to start. Structure, links, and a queue beat a new dashboard. Tools later if they change the queue, not if they decorate it.
You can outsource shipping. You cannot outsource the order and the offer map. If the vendor publishes off-map, you bought a mill.
This week
This week: inventory, F/P/L/M queue of ten, ship one, structure one URL, five lines. No new tool.
Until stages, fields, and write-in have owners, the sub-account is a filing cabinet.

A 30-day loop for Search Console, content, and priorities — without another generic audit. Request the file. It arrives by email — not a public dump, not a drip of slogans.
Email and WhatsApp stay open. A call is for installing the system — not for a tour of tools.
