Intern
What you actually do
Run steps 01 and 02 this week. Do not add a feature. Registration writes a contact with the event and source.
Library / Guides / A webinar is one CRM journey
Registration dashboards lie. The system is whether remind, attend, and the week after are owned in the same place the registration happened. UTMs have to survive. Replay has a shorter clock. Offers match attendance state — not 'everyone who ever opted in'.
If registration is in one tool, reminders in another, and the offer in a Google Doc, you do not have a webinar funnel. You have a project.

Attendance state is the switch: showed, missed, watched replay. Each gets a different next step.
The intern's job is to test register → contact → reminder. The CEO's job is to stop treating registrants as a vanity chart.

Protect the sequence. Attendance state is the switch: showed, missed, watched replay. Each gets a different next step.
CEO
Do not fund more traffic or more seats until the scoreboard in this lesson is a number you will defend. The intern's job is to test register → contact → reminder. The CEO's job is to stop treating registrants as a vanity chart.

Why: Otherwise reporting is a CSV merge on Sunday.
Done when: A test registrant exists with UTMs.
Not one calendar invite nobody sees.
Why: Show rate is ops, even on webinars.
Done when: You can draw the pings.
Showed vs missed as a field, not a feeling.
Why: The offer has to change or you spam both.
Done when: A missed person is not in the attendee blast.
Shorter clock. Then off.
Why: Forever replay trains no-shows.
Done when: The replay path ends.
Matched to state.
Why: A menu is how high-intent people stall.
Done when: Email, page, and CRM agree.
Register with a dummy email. If the contact is missing a source or a reminder, the webinar is a landing page, not a journey.
You will not know which ad, which replay, which offer. 'Ads' is not a source. It is a shrug with a budget.
Registration is a vanity metric. Attendance and follow-up are not owned.

Webinar, workshop, and launch rails that survive the week after the event. Request the file. It arrives by email — not a public dump, not a drip of slogans.
Email and WhatsApp stay open. A call is for installing the system.
