What you actually do
Run steps 01 and 02 this week. Do not add a feature. Calendar events create or update the CRM. Always.
Library / Guides / Show rate is an ops number
Booked is not the conversion. Sat is the conversion. Everything between those two words is a system: reminders, confirmation that is two-way, and a no-show path that is not a shrug. Interns can run this. CEOs should look at the percentage every Monday.
Reminders are a sequence, not one calendar ping. SMS plus email, with a way to confirm or reschedule without calling the front desk during a rush.

No-show recovery is automatic: same-day text, a short rebook window, then a human task. Personal heroics do not scale across a team.
If you keep buying leads into the same ghost calendar, you are paying to make the leak more expensive.

Do not fund more traffic or more seats until the scoreboard in this lesson is a number you will defend. If you keep buying leads into the same ghost calendar, you are paying to make the leak more expensive.

Why: You cannot recover a no-show you never saw.
Done when: A test booking exists as a contact with a stage.
They can say yes or move the time without a phone tree.
Why: One-way reminders are spam. Two-way is operations.
Done when: A reschedule does not require a staff miracle.
24h, 2h, and a same-morning SMS if that matches the offer.
Why: One ping is hope. A sequence is a system.
Done when: You can draw the timeline on paper.
Text, rebook link, then a human if they reply.
Why: Waiting until Friday to 'circle back' is how the slot dies.
Done when: A missed Tuesday has a path before Wednesday noon.
By source if you can. Ghosts are an ops number.
Why: Sources that book ghosts are not 'good leads'.
Done when: Monday includes sat / booked.
If the book is full and the chairs are empty, do not celebrate booked calls. Celebrate sat. Your CRM should know the difference by lunch.
Volume without two-way confirm trains people to ignore you. The miss is usually the CRM never seeing the booking, or no recovery after the miss.
Some people flake. Your job is the system around the flake: confirm, recover, stop buying sources that only produce ghosts.
The calendar is full of ghosts.
