What you actually do
Run steps 01 and 02 this week. Do not add a feature. One job per email. If you need two jobs, you need two emails.
Library / Guides / The first nurture is five emails
You do not need a 30-email 'value ladder'. You need five letters with one job each, a human on replies, and a sunset. That is nurture. Everything else is a campaign pretending to be a relationship.
Email one: you got this, here is what happens next. Email two: proof or a useful distinction. Email three: the offer without a fake countdown. Email four: the objection you always hear. Email five: a door and a goodbye if they stay silent.

Replies go to a person. If nobody owns replies, you trained people that you are a broadcast.
Unengaged contacts sunset. If you cannot sunset, you do not respect the inbox — including your own domain.

Protect the sequence. Replies go to a person. If nobody owns replies, you trained people that you are a broadcast.
CEO
Do not fund more traffic or more seats until the scoreboard in this lesson is a number you will defend. Unengaged contacts sunset. If you cannot sunset, you do not respect the inbox — including your own domain.
One job per email. If you need two jobs, you need two emails.
Why: Long letters that 'cover everything' get skimmed and ignored.
Done when: You can name the job in three words.
The thank-you is not the nurture. The sequence starts when they convert.
Why: Waiting until Friday is how intent dies.
Done when: A test lead gets email one within an hour.
A human. A task. Not a black hole.
Why: The sequence is a conversation starter, not a monologue.
Done when: A reply creates a task on an owner.
Booked, paid, or silent for N days — then off the spine.
Why: Forever-nurture is how you become noise.
Done when: A booked call is not still getting email four.
A short goodbye. Then suppress.
Why: Deliverability is part of nurture. A bloated list is a tax.
Done when: Unengaged are not on the next blast.
Draft five subject lines that state the job. If the subject needs a joke to work, the job is missing.
Ask: what happens if nobody hits send this month? If the answer is 'nothing, the spine runs', you have nurture. If the answer is 'we should do a campaign', you do not.
Because you will actually finish five. A 30-email map that never ships is how broadcasts win by default.
If the offer needs a discount on first contact, the offer is unclear. Proof first. Price later if ever.
Broadcasts exist. A sequence that earns the next conversation does not.
