What you actually do
Who sent what. Money event. Turn one newsletter off. You are not migrating 40 flows this week unless that is the chosen ESP’s core.
Library / Compare / Klaviyo vs GoHighLevel email: pick by object, not by 'which is better at email'
Klaviyo wins when Shopify events and flows are the economics. GHL email wins when the person is already a CRM contact in a coaching/appointment motion and you refuse a second list. The leak is running both as newsletters. Choose by the primary object (order vs opportunity), then one sender. This is not 'Klaviyo is more professional'.

The leak is running both as newsletters. Choose by the primary object (order vs opportunity), then one sender. This is not 'Klaviyo is more professional'.
Klaviyo is right for Shopify catalogs, flows on events, revenue per recipient, subscription properties. It is wrong as a newsletter bolted onto a coaching GHL with no orders.
GHL email is right for lead→book→pay spines, Conversations, one sub-account. It is wrong as the ESP for a serious DTC catalog with dirty events — you will fight the object model.
Shared leak: campaigns doing flow/spine jobs, no sunset, two ESPs, customers in acquire, discount-first panic.
How to choose: where does the money event live? Order in Shopify → Klaviyo. Deal in GHL → GHL mail. If both, split by job on one identity, not two newsletters.
Wiring implication: one marketing sender per person-job. GHL still can own SMS/calendar for coaches while Klaviyo owns DTC — only if lists are not both 'everyone'.

Operator
Object first. One sender per job. Hybrid on paper. Hygiene before volume.
CEO
Included vs paid is not the decision. Two lists are a tax. One sender following the money event is the system.
Primary object (Placed Order vs opportunity), ESP, consent, flows vs spine, Shopify, GHL contact, suppressions, from-domain.
DTC product revenue → Klaviyo as lifecycle; GHL if used at all is not a second blast list
Coach/appointment spine → GHL email; Klaviyo leftover unpublished
Hybrid (coach with a shop) → one identity story and a written split of jobs
Auth and sunset in the chosen sender
Order vs paid opportunity. That chooses the default ESP.
Why: Feature opinions hide the object.
Done when: One sentence: we mail from X because money lives in Y.
Who sent what in 30 days. Overlap of audiences.
Why: You may already be double-mailing.
Done when: A list of sends. Duplicates named.
Turn off the newsletter. Keep transactional where it belongs (Shopify receipts vs GHL invoices).
Why: Transactional vs marketing split is allowed. Two brand newsletters are not.
Done when: One marketing sender for the job.
Shop buyers vs coaching leads. Suppressions both ways. Identity match on email.
Why: Unwritten hybrid is two companies.
Done when: A buyer of the shop is not in the coaching acquire spine unless you intend it.
Do not move a museum. Clean, then send.
Why: ESP change is not hygiene.
Done when: Sunset on the next send from the winner.
Shopify, flows, RPR, subscriptions, campaigns as pulses. Wiring: event truth, GHL not blasting the same buyers. Money event is the order.
Spine on opportunities, Conversations, no catalog. Wiring: five jobs, sunset, not a second ESP 'for professionalism'. Money event is the deal.
Two senders, museum lists, campaigns impersonating journeys, customers in acquire. The logo of the ESP does not install manners.
Follow the money event. One marketing sender. Hybrid only with identity and suppressions written. Auth in the winner. Demote the other newsletter this week.
They can if they will operate two tools and keep GHL as state. Most will double-send. Better UI is not a reason to split the person.
If your economics are flows on Shopify events, included is expensive in LTV. If your economics are booked calls, Klaviyo is an extra list.
Not as two live newsletters. A dated test with one audience is a project. Dual-run is a tax.
This week
This week: money-event sentence, 30-day send inventory, demote a duplicate newsletter, sunset in the winner. No A/B dual-run.
Both can be a filing cabinet. Neither is a system until write-in and stages are jobs.

Score your Klaviyo and lifecycle system the way an operator would. Request the file. It arrives by email — not a public dump, not a drip of slogans.
Email and WhatsApp stay open. A call is for installing the system — not for a tour of tools.
